Cross-Community Events

The success of the Power & Pride Inaugural Ball helped us recognize how important it is to have fun as a community and thus we have made cross-community events a priority on our agenda. In July 2010 we hosted a Gala in commemoration of the 20^th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The event drew over 700 people from around the country and was the capstone for a two-week series of celebrations around the anniversary in Washington, DC. 

We plan on hosting many more events in the future, including a 2013 Inaugural Ball for the winner of the 2012 Presidential election. Please refer to our Upcoming Events page for event postings and registration.
